Small Audits Documentation Manual

This Manual is designed to meet the requirements of existing auditing standards with less paper and less work.  Key documents are designed to facilitate the performance of a small audit engagement and provide the assurance applicable standards have been met.  Risk assessment procedures, including evaluating small entity internal controls, are organized by financial statement classifications and are linked directly to required auditing procedures and the internal control communication letter contents. 

The Manual will be available for download from our website and will be priced according to the number of copies a firm plans to print.  One copy is $299, 2-5 copies are $399, 6-10 copies are $499 with further reductions in the cost per unit for larger orders.

Simplified Auditing System

Similar in design to the Small Audits Documentation Manual, this comprehensive Manual simplifies and reduces the documentation for larger audit engagements.  Used in practice by a larger, local CPA firm for two decades, it has passed both AICPA and PCAOB quality reviews.  While incorporating auditor judgment in the planning, performance and completion phases of an audit, standardized documentation eliminates the reams of paper common to other auditing quality control systems.

Small Audit Handbook and Alternative Electronic Documentation

This Handbook and electronic documentation package is designed for quick and easy use in connection with auditing practice aids from other providers.  Auditors can pick and choose from both hardcopy and electronic forms which are designed to maximize efficiency on most small audit engagements.  These practice aids will be available for a package price that will permit unlimited use by all personnel within a CPA firm.
