Affiliates

Unlike other organizations supplying books, practice aids, consulting services and seminars, we operate through many affiliates in different geographic locations. An affiliate may be an individual, CPA firm or other organization that will make our products and services available on local levels. Working with local CPA firms, an affiliate will form local groups of firms to facilitate networking, seminar presentations and other activities. Each affiliate will operate similar to a franchisee and will create its own proprietary business. Our goal is to work with CPA firms in many cities and geographic regions.

Affiliates Responsibilities:

• Develop contacts with CPA firms in their communities.
• Discuss CPA Firm Support Services products and services with CPA firm contacts.
• Obtain commitments to our Subscription Plan from CPA firms in their communities.
• Obtain registrants for local presentations of our seminars.
• Arrange facilities for seminar presentations.
• Provide on-site administration for seminar presentations.

CPA Firm Support Services Responsibilities:

• Maintain sponsor status with National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
• Provide seminars that meet current practice needs of Subscription Plan participants and other CPA firms in affiliate’s community.
• Engage outstanding instructors for seminars.
• Maintain seminar attendance and evaluation documentation.
• Perform all administration and accounting functions for affiliates.
• Share revenues with affiliates from all products, services and seminars purchased by Subscription Plan participants in affiliate’s community.
